Glucose tablets are the most important part of a diabetic's arsenal. Once a Type 1 Diabetic enters a hypoglycaemia, their first step to bringing their blood sugar levels back up to a safe number is to take two glucose tablets. This is the fastest way to release glucose into the blood stream!

Once the blood sugar levels have spiked back up to a safe level, it is important to maintain this level by eating a snack. Dybo Boy's favourite snack is gummy bears, but other diabetics may prefer crisps, sweets, or a sugary drink. If it has sugar and carbohydrates, eat up!
